For consultants

Be there for every client, even when you're not

Your clients ask the same good questions again and again. Teach an agent the answers once, and it handles them in your voice, day and night, while you stay in the loop on everything new.

Why consultants use it

↻

Stop repeating yourself

The setup steps, where the contracts are, how invoicing works: answered from your own words, with the source, the moment a client asks.

✓

Nothing made up

Your agent answers only from what you taught it and says so when the answer isn't there. Your name stays safe.

Questions become know-how

What your agent couldn't answer comes to you once. Your reply goes to the client and stays in the know-how for the next one.

See what clients need

Every question, how sure the answer was, the topics that come up most. A clear picture of what to write next.

Start from a template

Pick your field, skip the blank page

A template fills in your agent's voice, what it covers, what it passes to you and the answering rules for your field. Then it gives you a checklist of the questions your clients are likely to ask, so you know exactly what to teach it.

Answer the checklist in the dashboard, or let your coding agent fill it from your files: teach Artur from ./docs using the Technical template outline

Teaching it

Your files stay yours

Connect agentor to the coding agent you already use (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, VS Code, Windsurf) and say which folder to learn from. Your coding agent reads the files on your computer and sends their text; agentor never looks at your disk.

Notes and documents

Handbooks, procedures, checklists, how-tos. Long documents are split at their headings so each answer gets the right part.

Questions and answers

The questions you answer every week, in your own words. They get a head start when a client asks the same thing.

add this answer: …

Where things are

Pointers that save a search: "contracts are in the shared drive under Clients / Year". Links with a sentence on what they hold.

Artur should know that …

Keys, passwords and files that look like credentials are skipped and you are told. Before anything with other people's personal data goes in, your coding agent asks you first.

Set up in two minutes

One line in Claude Code — claude mcp add --transport http agentor https://mcp.agentor.si/mcp — or one click in Cursor and VS Code. Sign in with your email the first time, then say help me create an agent. Every app, step by step, is in the docs and in your dashboard under Your coding agent.

Learns by itself

It keeps up with your projects

Teach it once from a folder, or let it watch the folder for good. A small watcher on your computer keeps your agent in step with your docs and repositories: new and changed files become know-how, deleted ones are retired, each item carries the file, the commit and a fingerprint of its text.

One line, in the project folderfrom your agent's Learning page
npx -y --package=https://agentor.si/dl/agentor-watch-launcher.tgz agentor-watch setup --pair K7QD-92MX

See it before it reads

The first run lists every file it would read and every item it would make, and asks once. No login step, no config file, no service to set up by hand.

Review as you like

Review new files first, then let changes flow (the default); review everything; or let it all apply. An item you edited yourself is never overwritten without asking.

Writes your to-do list

Questions your agent couldn't answer, grouped into topics, show up as suggested know-how to write, and in a weekly summary mail. Only the topic, never a client's own words.

Pause or stop watching from the dashboard or by telling your coding agent stop watching acme. agentor-watch uninstall removes it again; your agent keeps what it learned.

You stay in charge

Your agent, your rules

Voice and scope

Name, face, tone, greeting. What it covers ("only tax questions") and what it says about everything else.

Who can ask

Only the clients you invite, each by their own email. Revoke anyone in a click; the next question gets a polite no.

Take a break

Pause your agent any time. Clients are told it's taking a break; nothing is lost.

Questions

What consultants ask us

Does agentor read my computer?

No. Your coding agent reads the files you name, on your computer, with your permission, and sends their text. The server only stores the text it receives.

Which AI writes the answers?

Your client's own AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or whichever they use. agentor runs no AI of its own; it finds the right passages in your know-how and hands them over with your agent's rules.

Can clients see each other's questions?

No. Each client sees only their own questions and answers, and only for the agents you invited them to. You see all of your clients' questions; no other consultant sees anything of yours.

How many agents can I have?

Up to ten, each with its own know-how and its own clients: one per practice area works well.

What does it cost?

Nothing. agentor is free. If that ever changes, we will tell you well in advance.
